Good store with an M&S foodhall at the rear of the shop. Over the years the store just concentrates on clothing and food. The quality of the clothing has dipped in recent years and availability of particular food products is now pretty poor. The staff are excellent.

Love the foodhall here. Can't comment on clothing as its too old fashioned for me & overpriced but some of the perfumes are nice. Always have a great seasonal sale . Staff are hot & miss. Most nice. Some awful

Service absolutely awful. 45min for 2 breakfasts. When served had to go to counter as no sausage. Tables dirty. No apologies for the wait. Food wasn't anything special for the price(morrisons is tastier) Won't be going again. M & S TAKE NOTE I AM A LOYAL CUSTOMER.

The café is an absolute mess and dirty. Clearly under staffed. Tables full of piled up cups and plates as nobody to pick them up. Sticky tables, long queue. The prices don't reflect the service considering I had to clear and wipe the table before I could have my food. I give it 1 star as the staff were polite

The Middlebrook M&S is not the largest of its kind, but it does have friendly staff and is well stocked with a good range of clothing, gifts and food. Queues were big near Christmas but they had all the tills open. I just wish they’d have a separate desk for returns so you don’t have to queue for ages whilst people try and get refunds on stuff they have no receipts for!!

Cafe - Unhygienic and not clean. I quickly swiped a wet wipe over the table where my toddler sat before eating and the wipe picked up so much dirt I was shocked. Cutlery not properly cleaned either. Cafe also crowded due to too many tables making uncomfortable space.

Very friendly staff members. The store it self has limited stock in all departments. Mix and blend of everything of M&S - cafe, groceries, cosmetics and clothes. I would call it Mini M&S or M&S Express ;) Doubt if I'll visit here again.

Visited the Bolton Middlebrook store today, great staff here, but overall this store is not very good compared to the Deansgate store that M&S recently closed down in the town centre. This store is so much smaller and feels very cramped. Also very inaccessible for someone like me who doesn't drive, had to get a bus which stops ages away.
